
James Hill
My name is James Russell Hill, and I’m originally from Los Angeles, California. I’ve been with Allied Elite Financial since January 2016, starting as an Account Executive and growing into my current role as Marketer. In simple terms, my mission is to help financial advisors achieve their goals by leveraging our 24/7 marketing systems, innovative sales strategies, and proven growth processes.

I moved to Tucson, Arizona at the age of nine and attended Bloom Elementary, Magee Middle School, Sahuaro High School, and later Pima Community College, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
​
Hard work has always been part of who I am. My first “job” came the summer between 6th and 7th grade, when I attended summer school and earned $1,200 — my first taste of independence. Throughout high school and college, I balanced full class schedules with work, holding jobs from a call center survey conductor for Fortune 500 companies to retail at Dillard’s and ushering at a local movie theater. Those experiences taught me the value of an honest day’s work — and just as importantly, what kind of career I wanted to build for myself.

Outside the office, I’m passionate about coaching youth basketball. My two sons, Demaurier (15) and Avondre (13), both play for Young Americans Basketball. Sports have always inspired me because of their clear connection between preparation, mindset, and winning — on the court and in life. Confidence comes from mastering your craft, and that’s something I try to instill in both my players and the advisors I work with.

During my time at Allied Elite Financial, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with thousands of professionals across the industry — from financial advisors and consultants to CFPs, RIAs, and fiduciaries.
